Job Description
Duties to include:
- Reception duties
- Telephone techniques
- Dealing with customers face to face
- Administration - Raising invoices/emails/raising quotes
- Organising diary
- Book in work, collect details for database
- Order parts for work booked in
- MOT diary, remind people when MOT is due
- Meet and great customers - talk to them throughout their visit
- Keep workshop organised
- Label all parts delivered for each job
- Write out job sheet for day and each customer
- Send back any parts not used
- Enter invoices on spreadsheet
- Enter all payments onto sheet
- Settle accounts/pay bills
- Chase any outstanding payments
