Job Description
Primary objective is to provide general support to the sales team in all related areas.
To fulfil this, we need individuals that have the ability (or can develop the ability) to;
- Raise sales & purchase orders, monitor deliveries in and out, maintain a prioritised despatch plan and keep up to date Excel records for all
- Manage the returns process; raise RMA's to organise replacements/credits, monitor goods returned and ensure correct actions are carried out once received
- Create and issue monthly reports for asset management clients to include; stock, sales, material breakdowns, purchase requests and summaries

- It is essential to have attention to detail and to be very organised
Skills Required :
- They will have good computer skills and be proficient in Word and Excel
- They will also be willing to adapt to and learn how to use company specific software and systems
- Good communication skills
Future Prospects :
Historically this role has allowed individuals to progress from an administration role into a full sales role, the desire to do this is not essential but the opportunity is there for the right candidate as is the opportunity to progress with further qualifications in Business Administration or Sales.
