Job Description
Working within our dynamic Resourcing Team, you will work alongside supportive colleagues in order to provide a customer focused recruitment service.
During your training and work experience you will support the team with:
- The provision of end-to-end recruitment
- General incoming enquiries
- Administrative duties
You will also be:
- Undertaking and completing the various elements of an Apprenticeship. This will include developing a work-based portfolio and completing work-based assessments and assignments/projects
What you need to succeed:
- You will have a positive, can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow. You will be passionate to work as part of a team to provide an excellent customer service and ideally have an interest in progressing within recruitment. In return, you will be supported by your colleagues to achieve your full potential and encouraged to learn and grow within the Local Authority
- You will need the drive and commitment to complete all your assignments/projects in order to achieve your apprenticeship as well as present evidence for assessment within specified timeframes
