The general administration duties within this role may include:
- Answering the telephone
- Sending and receiving e-mails
- Filing
- Photocopying
- Data input
- Any other general admin duties and ad-hoc duties as defined by management
To assist with general office work for our aquatic’s ecommerce store including:
- General administration duties
- Sales and database administration
This is sometimes a fast-paced environment and may also include helping out in the warehouse when needed. The role involves communicating with customers through our various sales channels such as telephone, online chat social media and emails.
Ideally this vacancy would suit someone who has a keen interest in aquatics.
Full training is given but a keen interest would be beneficial.
