Job Description
Duties will include:
- Installing and configuring computer systems
- Remote management of our platform performing real-time monitoring of our clients for both, system health and security (device updates and anti-virus)
- Responding to inbound support calls and emails and logging support tickets
- Manage existing support tickets to ensure they are picked up by the team issues
- Assist senior engineers with project work and client visits (where required)
Personal Qualities :
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Skills Required :
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and technology products
- Experience using Windows 7, Windows 10 Operating Systems, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Customer-oriented
- Organisational & planning skills, with good attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
