Operations Admin/Trainee Scheduler

Sutton

Temp-To-Perm

£20,000 per annum

Our client is a small lively Sutton-based company looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join their very busy Operations' Team. This role is for an Operations Admin/Trainee Scheduler with a view to becoming an Operations Scheduler.

The role(s) will include coordination and administrative duties within the department covering such things as liaising with clients via email and telephone, keeping work schedules up to date, following ISO procedures, filling, organising hire equipment, using database and Excel. General admin duties such as dealing with post, answering incoming calls and organising refreshments etc.

The ideal candidate:

  • Good IT knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook (database experience an advantage)
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • A confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Be able to work on own initiative and multi-task
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player
  • A good geographical knowledge of the UK would be an advantage
