Job Description
Duties to include:
- Meet and greet patients, members of the public and visitors to the practice
- Book and monitor appointments and update internal booking system
- Register new patients
- Operate a repeat prescription system as directed
- File medical notes, letters, tests results as required
- Comply with in house health and safety procedures
- Attend training courses to further knowledge
- Take on additional duties when required by the practice

- Good telephone manner
