Job title: Junior Recruitment Consultant - Apprenticeship
Location: London Bridge, City of London
Wage: £13,000 per annum
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: 40 hours per week
Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course
Course entry requirements: GCSEs at grade C/level 4 or above in English and Maths

- Work to allocated sales targets and achieve weekly/daily KPI's
- Account manage all clients to ensure SLA's and fill rates are achieved where applicable
- Maintain and build excellent relationships with clients and candidates to enhance the reputation of the company
- Add all activity to company database
- Work with the compliance team to ensure all candidates meet the compliance standards of the relevant framework agreement
- Liaise with payroll team to ensure on-time and accurate payment of candidates
- A* - C in Maths and English
- Confident
- Clear communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Able to use Microsoft applications comfortably
