Job Description

Job title: Junior Recruitment Consultant - Apprenticeship
Location: London Bridge, City of London
Wage: £13,000 per annum
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: 40 hours per week
Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course
Course entry requirements: GCSEs at grade C/level 4 or above in English and Maths

Job duties and responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of candidates
  • Work to allocated sales targets and achieve weekly/daily KPI's
  • Account manage all clients to ensure SLA's and fill rates are achieved where applicable
  • Maintain and build excellent relationships with clients and candidates to enhance the reputation of the company
  • Add all activity to company database
  • Work with the compliance team to ensure all candidates meet the compliance standards of the relevant framework agreement
  • Liaise with payroll team to ensure on-time and accurate payment of candidates
The successful candidate will have the following:
  • A* - C in Maths and English
  • Confident
  • Clear communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Able to use Microsoft applications comfortably
  • Driven
  • Money motivated
  • Organised
  • Able to build and maintain relationships
