Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- General admin duties to include typing, printing, copying
- Answer the main office telephone and deal with general enquiries
- Update task lists
- Occasional on-site work to support the Project Manager
- Clearly communicate information verbally and in writing in a professional, timely and accurate manner
- Through on the job experience and training, develop a knowledge and understanding of our services and the Dynamics 365 product
- Successfully meet specific deadlines providing a proactive approach to planning, prioritising and implementing day-to-day duties
- Organise, attend and proactively contribute to meetings as required, preparing agendas, acting as note taker and observing. Being confidential where appropriate
