About TI Security
A leading Security Systems provider operating throughout the UK, dealing with a range of commercial, corporate, blue chip clients and residential users has an opportunity for an apprentice to join our Leeds office.
The successful candidate will assist the Engineering Team in delivering a professional, consistent and efficient service to clients.
Once fully qualified and trained a good engineer can earn upto £31k per year plus overtime, vehicle, pension, mobile phone etc.
Training
Will be provided internally, externally through industry recognised training providers and via Bradford City College Fire Emergency and Security Systems Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Hours Of Work
40 hour week, Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.30pm.
Holiday Entitlement
28 days including statutory holidays.
Qualifications Required
Minimum GCSE's (or equivalent) Maths C, English C, Science C and ICT C.
Main Duties
The role involves assisting qualified engineers in their day to day activities. As the candidate's competence and capability grows they will be take responsibility for key elements within current projects.
The position generally involves work around the North of England although there may be frequent staying away work around the UK.
A successful trainee engineer will have the opportunity to become a fully qualified engineer.
Person Specification
A genuine interest in IT/Engineering/Technical subjects.
A natural forward planner who is business like and self driven with a clear focus on high quality work standards and business profitability.
Mature, credible, and comfortable working in a medium sized business.
Willingness to learn, strong work ethic and a positive can do attitude.
Good analytical skills, methodical, flexible and thorough.
Smartly dressed with a professional attitude.
Must live within 8 miles of LS25 postcode. Applicants from York will be accepted.
Must be eligible for work in the UK.

Ability to work under pressure and to agreed time scales.
