Job Description
Main duties:
- Manage all incoming phone calls efficiently
- Help to keep all internal documentation up to date
- Ensure all support calls are actioned appropriately
- Maintain the internal Support Tracking software for all customer queries
- Correspond with customers via phone and email
- Build relationships with our customers
- Be a very good all-rounder
- Explore the whole SMI software range to help with customer service
- Provide 1st line support to customers (once trained)
- Internet research
Personal Qualities :
- Must enjoy being part of a team
- Must have a good grasp of verbal and written English language
- Above all – must have confidence and a sense of humour
Skills Required :
- Must have a confident telephone manner
- Administration experience a distinct advantage
- Must be an excellent organiser
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft applications
