Edison Pope currently operates out of two offices, one based in Manchester City Centre and the other in Preston.

The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant in the Education sector you will be responsible for running your own 'desk' and managing all aspects of the recruitment process from start to finish. You will operate within a vertical market and be required to build relationships with both candidates and clients and be solely responsible for the number of placements made each month.


This is a sales role which is driven by KPIs and requires working to targets and deadlines. It can be demanding but also extremely rewarding which is why we look for people who are hard-working, competitive and financially motivated.

Experience

This is a Trainee Recruiter position, which is why we're not looking for candidates with previous Recruitment experience, however, we do expect candidates to be able to demonstrate experience of the following: -

• Previous B2B or B2C Sales Experience
OR
• A Graduate with a Degree in Business or related subject /any subject but with a demonstrable passion for business

Package

Year 1 Realistic OTE = Min. £25K
Year 2 Realistic OTE = Min. £35K
Year 3 Realistic OTE = Min. £50K
Year 4 Realistic OTE = Min. £70K

(OTE = on target earnings)

• Basic salary increases in relation to revenue generated
• Mobile telephone & Gym allowance
• Car allowance attached to senior positions
• Early finish on Friday afternoon
• We close our office for 5 weeks in the summer so our team can go on extended holidays!
• Office closure between Christmas and New Year
