Due to continued growth and extremely exciting times for our client, we are now seeking a Graduate / Junior IT Automation Analyst to join their configuration team.
The newly appointed Automation Analyst will be part of the team that designs, configures and supports the client with the artificial intelligence (AI) cloud platform. Working with both clients and internal project team members you will be responsible for understanding client requirements prior to configuring, testing and supporting client solutions on the SaaS platform.
This entry level role will provide you with a great opportunity to begin a career in business analysis, business automation and business support where full training will be provided to you to ensure you have all the tools required to be successful in the role.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- The interpretation of customer's "as is" business processes and future requirements
- Design and document automation solutions to meet customer requirements
- Configuration of customer automation solutions using various software, business process automation and mapping technologies
- Testing of customer automation solutions
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of all work undertaken
- Providing support, expertise and advice to clients and colleagues when required
- Supporting and identifying improvements to deployed automation solutions
ROLE: Graduate / Junior IT Automation Analyst
LOCATION: Didcot, Oxfordshire
SALARY: £20,000 - £24,000

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- A degree in an analytic/business/maths or IT subject
- An interest or some experience in a business analysis or similar business support experience
- An analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret complex information
- Strong presentation skills
- Outstanding problem-solving capabilities with strong communication skills
- Good logical organisation and procedural thinking and technical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills together with a professional customer focused approach
- Have the ability to plan, organize, and structure work with excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
