An expanding IT services organisation has an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Helpdesk Engineer to join their team.
As an apprenticeship this is a role providing full training and support along with excellent progression opportunities.
You will need to demonstrate some basic IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office along with excellent communication skills and telephone manner, along with a willingness to learn.
You'll be joining an established and supportive team, providing assistance to a wide range of clients across the UK.
