Job Description
Duties to include:
- Serving on the trade counter to both trade and public customers
- Answering the telephone and dealing with customer enquiries and questions
- Developing the necessary product knowledge in order to advise customers of products and services provided by NYTimber
- Supporting staff in the warehouse when required and dealing with customer orders according to their needs
- Any other tasks deemed relevant to the role

- Willing to commit to the amount of study included in the qualification
