Roles and responsibilities:
• Each provisioning coordinator will project manage up to approx 70 orders at any one time
• Provide a quality provisioning, update to customers every 7 days
• Ensure all orders are fluid and progressing through the provisioning stages
• Manage customers' expectations and deliver a high quality service.
• Use Internal processes to project manage orders
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure orders are fluid and progressing through to delivery stages
• Placing orders with suppliers
There will also be lots of opportunities to learn all aspects of the business!
Skills required:
• Good communication skills
• Excellent teamwork skills yet are able to work individually
• Able to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
Personal qualities:
• Interested in pursuing a career in Business Administration
• Enthusiastic about the brand
• Five GCSE grades C - A* (or 4-9), including Maths and English
• Good knowledge of IT packages e.g Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets etc.

Included in qualification:- Training on the 18 month Standard Level 3 Business Administrator (BA3) apprenticeship.

What's next:
After your Business Administration apprenticeship progress into HR, Recruitment, Sales, Marketing & PR, Real Estate, Personal Assistant, Office Management, Business Management. Most of the above can be completed in a higher-level qualification.
