We are currently recruiting for an apprentice to join our Property Management team, based in Richmond.
Your role will be to provide an efficient and proactive administrative and secretarial support service to the Savills Property Management team, whilst completing an administrative apprenticeship.
Day to day responsibilties will include:
· Production of items via Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
· Produce tenancy agreements and all other associated paperwork.
· Compilation and maintenances of databases.
· Handle invoicing and accounts for the teams.
· Manage incoming emails as required..
· Answer the telephone in a professional manner and redirect or take a message efficiently and accurately.
· To assist with shared support jobs throughout the office
