My client is a global FM provider .
They are recruiting a dynamic individual to join the team located in London or Berkshire. The successful candidate will support the client with a range of Technical Apprenticeships offered to the business developing future talented, motivated and skilled individuals. Predominantly in the Engineering sector.
In partnership with the Technical community and Learning and Talent Development teams, the successful candidate will support with the design and delivery of an apprentice strategy to meet workforce and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Implementing the clients Apprentice Strategy
Maintain up to date knowledge of current Apprenticeship frameworks and legislation
Training provider and supplier management
Leading the recruitment, assessment and placement of new apprentices
Managing the QHSE and Onboarding requirements
Programme data collection and reporting
Person Specification/Requirements
Able to act as a Business Partner and trusted advisor
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated and driven
Proven innovation and entrepreneurial skills
Experienced in dealing with apprentices/apprenticeships; education, higher education or learning and development, preferably in a Technical capacity.
Willing to travel (full driver licence holder)
