Job Description
Duties include:
- To answer customer enquiries and identify potential sales from all incoming calls
- Demonstrate the ability to manage own workload effectively while adhering to schedule on IEX system
- Using the information technology provided, demonstrate the ability to process customer enquiries whilst ensuring compliance to all FCA and DPA legislation
- Demonstrate an understanding of all Company’s aims and objectives and use this knowledge to deliver a first class service to all customers
- Complete all supporting documentation and process the Sale/Renewal in a timely manner
- Contribute towards monthly 1:1 meetings in ways that facilitate personal performance improvements
- Support the department Key Performance Indicators and Sales Targets as directed by the Management Team
- Demonstrate an understanding of and ensure personal compliance to all Company policies and procedures
- Maintain and improve personal knowledge relating to FCA and DPA legislation
- Maintain personal appearance and working environment
- Complete ad-hoc tasks as required/requested by a member of the management team

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ideally, previous experience of working in a sales oriented role
- Basic computer skills
