Job Description
Principal responsibilities include:
- Achieving deadlines and targets identified to successfully complete your apprenticeship.
- Assisting Business Support Services with all aspects of the company’s activities.
- Administrative support to the other employees to include, but not limited to, telephone calls, recording, inputting, filing of company data and records.
Job context, main activities and scope:
- Filing of electronic & hardcopy correspondence and documents in line with the company procedures and policies.
- Assisting with answering incoming telephone calls and directing to relevant members of staff.
- Assisting with recording and inputting of company data and records.
- Assisting with opening the post, reception and goods inwards duties.
- Assisting with purchase orders in line with company procedures and policies.
- Assisting all members of staff with the use of office equipment including, but not limited to, the photocopier, shredder, laminator, binder, scanner and fax machine.
- Assisting with ensuring that the office is stocked with all required consumables i.e. stationary and welfare requirements.
- Assisting with arrangement of all personnel logistic requirements for worldwide travel.
- Assisting with the organisation of company events.
- Assisting with IT and communication services.
- Assisting with company compliance to data protection requirements.
In addition to the above responsibilities you will also be expected to take on duties that are within your capabilities as and when required.
