Your new role

This is a part time role (3 days) as a HR Administrator and you'll report into the HR Shared Service Centre Manager in Leicester and work in a busy team where your key tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Generating employment contracts.
  • Advising the business on a variety of topics including pay, annual leave and job information
  • Helping to resolve contractual queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records.

What you need to succeed

You will, preferably, need previous experience in HR Administration. This will allow you to hit the ground running and achieve success quickly. You will be used to working with high volumes to tight deadlines and possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills. You're able to prioritise and manage a variety of tasks.

You will be offered a competitive salary of £19,000 pro rata (£11,400) plus an annual bonus whilst working for a global brand.
