Job Description
Some of the duties will include:
- Providing general office support
- Sending out invoices
- Tracking expenses and company spending
- Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity and finances
- Keeping computer databases up to date
- Answering phones and connecting calls appropriately or taking messages if required
- Communicating with third party suppliers
- Writing and editing company correspondence
- Collecting and sorting post
- Acting as a personal assistant to the executive team
- Giving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements
- Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required

Skills Required :
- Competence in written and spoken English
- Ability to work with numbers
- Computer literacy particularly with Microsoft Office Excel and Word
- Organisation
- Good communication skills
