As an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor with Granby Marketing, your duties will include:
- Customer service call handling
- Outbound customer retention campaigns
- E-mail handling - customer experience
- Daily activity reporting
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Live wechats
Personal Qualities :
- Have the confidence to communicate with internal and external customers
- Be able to follow instructions based on individual customer requirements
Skills Required :
- Sound understanding of Windows operating systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
