Job Description
Duties to include:
- Organise shoots and schedule travel, hotels and write call sheets, speaking to clients regarding shoot logistics
- Schedule video post production and manage help manage video delivery to clients, including helping ensure videos are delivered on time
- Book freelancers and manage our freelancer database
- Manage our cloud storage and keep organised
- Reconciling production expenses
- Arranging and scheduling meetings
- Help managing our social media and keep the website updates
- Help writing proposals and treatments/spell checking and putting into the correct format
- Organise existing clients and lead databases
