About the role

The Recruitment Apprentice will assist the Resourcing Team with all aspects of day to day Recruitment operations through direct resourcing activity and comprehensive, effective, efficient co-ordination and administrative support.

You will gain an understanding of fair selection processes and apply these to screening and interviewing candidates and dealing with queries throughout the recruitment process.

You will gain an understanding of effective attraction methods and will ensure all vacancies are visible in the appropriate places to maximise applications.

You will be responsible for on-boarding administration, ensuring offers and contracts are delivered in a timely manner and that all background checking processes are completed prior to new starters joining and that new starter communications are delivered effectively.

About you

You will be a highly organised individual with a flair for people interactions. The role demands a high volume of out bound activity and you will be able to speak with passion and enthusiasm about our company and employer brand.

You will be proficient with Microsoft Office applications and will be able to demonstrate a passion for HR and recruitment.

Minimum requirement GCSE A* - C (or new grading of 4-9) Math's and English.

The Apprenticeship

Duration 12 months

You will be working towards a Level 2 Apprenticeship awarded by the British Institute of Recruiters through webinar based learning.
