Job Description
Duties included:
- Responsible for the preparation of technical reports and certificates
- Receive and review information directly from field staff
- Produce technical reports for customers
- Delivery of reports to clients via email, post and uploading of data to client portals
- Conduct general administrations tasks
- Management of incoming and outgoing telephone communications

- Basic IT skills (Microsoft products)
