You will gain support and coaching, learning how to provide HR administration support to both the HR and Recruitment functions, alongside having weekly study time to complete a Level 3 in Business Administration.
You will learn how to:
- The end to end process of administering a customer contract through to invoicing
- Working to and understanding ISO standards
- Organisational skills
- Hands on experience with ERP/SAP system
- Managing customer Data in line with GDPR
- Liaising with customers through all means of communication, phone/ email
- Enhance business acumen by working cross functionally with multiple departments including Data compliance, HR, Supply chain

Personal Qualities :
- As this role is liaising with people on a regular basis, you will need to have strong communication skills and understand the importance of customer service
Skills Required :
- You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and be proactive
- You will be working daily on the computer and therefore you will need to have a good working knowledge of Microsoft office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
