The successful candidate will be required to undertake a diverse range of tasks and duties:
- Day to day running of reception
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Passing on messages
- Dealing with initial emails
- Liaising with clients when they come into the office
- Liaising with clients, staff and third parties
- Assisting office when required
- Assisting fee earners and other members of staff when required
- Good telephone manner required
Personal Qualities :
- Candidate must be confident, professional, presentable, hardworking as well as enthusiastic and pay attention to detail.
Skills Required :
- Candidate will develop excellent communication and customer service skills as well as a confident telephone manner
- In addition to this candidates will develop organisation skills and be able to prioritise their workload as well as being computer literate
Future Prospects :
- Permanent position for the right candidate upon completion of their apprenticeship
