Job Description

This Traineeship work experience is part of an education and training programme that is focused on giving young people the skills and experience that employers are looking for. At its core is the Work Preparation training, English and maths for those who need it, and a high quality work experience placement.



Traineeships help unlock your great potential and give you the work preparation training, maths, English, Digital Skills and work experience needed to get an Apprenticeship or other job.

Are you eligible?   




  • Are you currently not in a job? Do you have little or no work experience?

  • Are you aged 16 to 24 and qualified below Level 3 (A level)?



Your main responsibility would be to manage the soil and grass to make sure the turf is always in top condition.



If you like to keep active and stay in shape, volunteering in our warehouse could be the answer you’re looking for. We always need helpful and active people to help keep our stock moving from the van to warehouse and onto the store and from store back to the van for delivery!



This role will involve keeping active much of the day but it’s not just moving furniture when volunteering here you can also get involved in putting together our flat packed furniture, maybe something to puzzle over! There are other opportunities to help our warehouse team such as booking in and checking over stock for sale.



So, if you like to keep active and stay in shape volunteering in your local furniture and electrical warehouse could be the answer you’re looking for.
