Job Description
- Reconcile purchase invoices to orders and delivery notes, and identify discrepancies
- Order Processing
- Order Acknowledgements
- Arranging sample dispatches
- Booking Transport
- Filing and issuing of invoices
- Receiving and answering emails in an organised manner
- Answering incoming phone calls
- General administration including post, filing and scanning
- Updating and maintaining in-house databases and systems
- Reviewing paperwork/forms and taking appropriate action
- Supporting the team to continuously deliver the agreed level of service
- Undertake any other duties as requested by your line manager within the scope of the role or for your own personal development
