About MBA IT:
MBA IT is an established IT solutions and services partner, working with organisations in and around London.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Maximise client earnings, retain clients and make consistent progress with white space.
• Manage accounts, upselling and cross-selling into them while identifying opportunities for new business.
• Provide operational backup when Account Manager is out of the office including but not limited to managing email and telephone.
• Embody outstanding customer service
• Desire to gain a good knowledge of current IT themes and is proactive in developing this knowledge.
• Support wider team when appropriate.
• Take ownership and develop relationships assigned by the Account Managers.
• Generate referral business through high service levels and strong customer relationships.
• Support administratively on quoting, ordering and logistics
• Liaise with clients, create quotes and process orders in a professional manner.
• Tactfully challenge customer assumptions to add value to their business.
• Maintain value add on quotes whenever possible to differentiate.
• Be a confident negotiator and utilise this on a daily basis when dealing with clients, vendors and distributors.

• Five GCSE grades C - A* (or 4-9), including Maths and English
• Good knowledge of IT packages e.g Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets etc.

Included in qualification:- Training on the 18 month Standard Level 3 Business Administrator (BA3) apprenticeship.

After your Business Administration apprenticeship progress into HR, Recruitment, Sales, Marketing & PR, Real Estate, Personal Assistant, Office Management, Business Management. Most of the above can be completed in a higher-level qualification.
