Hourly rate8.36for under 21s (7.60 basic + 0.76 average bonus)
Hourly rate 9.06for aged 21 or over (8.30 basic +0.76 average bonus)

Youre not just someone who knows about all things technical you love helping out your less switched-on friends and family too. That means youll make a great Technology Support Advisor (known as an In-Store Service Advisor within the business). Youll be on hand to solve those tricky technical issues whether its setting up a PC or insuring a product. We want you to offer our customers great advice (and put a smile on their faces) by helping them get the best out of their technology. Youll be boosting sales figures as well, by suggesting add-ons and extras.

To keep your technical knowledge bang up-to-date, youll get exposure to the very latest technology. There will be plenty of training, support and encouragement - plus different career paths to explore across the wider Dixons Carphone group

What are we looking for from you? Technical knowledge and expertise, of course, plus the ability to explain complex information in a clear and straightforward way to our customers.
