Job Description
- Providing excellent customer service at all times to ensure a professional/positive image of the company is given to all existing and new customers
- Dealing with clients over the telephone
- Sending and Receiving Faxes
- Updating client records using bespoke software
- Receiving and distributing incoming mail and parcels and processing outgoing mail
- Assisting departments with their workloads when required providing a basic admin function
- General administration duties including filing, photocopying, scanning and archiving
- Monitoring and maintenance of meeting rooms, ensuring they are tidy and have sufficient stationery supplies
- Making appointments and keeping diaries up to date
- Making card payments and daily banking

- Willing to commit to the amount of study included in the qualification
