Job Description

Job title: Receptionist/Administrator Assistant - Apprenticeship
Location: Tottenham Court Road, London
Wage: £12,000-£14,000 per annum
Start date: ASAP

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm / 40 hours per week

Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 8 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course.

My client is a leading-edge, international recruitment company offering freelance technical engineers to their global client base of blue-chip clients.They support their clients with highly specialised engineers travelling around the world on various projects. Both their clients and candidates are spread around the world. From their office in central London their sales teams support their various clients worldwide. Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Opening the office
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Booking meetings rooms
  • Receive all incoming posts and distribute to appropriate staff members
  • Booking couriers for mail collection and manage tracking spreadsheet
  • Keeping the reception and office area tidy
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Registering and formatting CV's for sales teams
  • Preparing call stats report and other Incentive tracking spreadsheets
  • Keeping office boards updated
  • Assisting in ordering all office stationary and refreshments
  • Managing the medical requests and quotations globally
  • Daily / weekly reports
  • Sales and Stats report - Account Exec and Account Manager
  • Group Visa Report
  • Medical expiry report
  • Sales Incentive tracker
  • Utilisation report
  • Assisting with IT issues
  • New starter set up for all employees globally - internal systems
  • Holiday management for the whole company

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • The role will require the successful candidate to be immaculately presented and well spoken
  • The ideal candidate must be IT literate and will have a willingness and flexible approach to work
  • Be comfortable working on their own, using initiative and within a team
  • The ability to organise and communicate effectively is essential in this role
