Job Description
Duties will include;
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Create windows displays, maintaining product presentation and pricing.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints in store, by email and/or telephone.
- Secure company assets at all times.
- Uphold and adhere to Company Standards.
- Adhere to strict compliance of policies and procedures at all times.
- Ensure house-keeping, repairs and safety is maintained.
- Communicate between other stores for customer enquiries/stock enquiries.
- Deliver sales of party accessories and costumes in-store.
- Merchandising stock, stock control, handling cash and using tills
Personal Qualities :
- Enthusiastic, tenacious and self-motivated
- Common sense, reliable, committed and hardworking with knowledge of TV, Film characters etc. preferred.
- Exceptional communicator with a "can do" attitude.
- Quick learner
Skills Required :
• Experience working in customer service is desirable.
• Excellent Sales skills.
• Superb people skills.
