Job Description

Your duties will include but not be limiting to:




  • Answering incoming telephone calls and answering or re-directing the call as appropriate

  • Fully meeting to needs of clients ensuring they consistently receive outstanding customer service

  • Undertake daily operational responsibility for the Business Centre as outlined by the Operations Manager over time

  • Provide a full administration support service across the business - typically photocopying, emails, handling post, data entry and filing

  • Administration and processing of  Purchase invoices

  • Organising refreshments for events and meetings booked at the centre

  • Assisting the business with any other needs

  • Processing and reconciling Petty Cash
