Job Description
Your duties will include but not be limiting to:
- Answering incoming telephone calls and answering or re-directing the call as appropriate
- Fully meeting to needs of clients ensuring they consistently receive outstanding customer service
- Undertake daily operational responsibility for the Business Centre as outlined by the Operations Manager over time
- Provide a full administration support service across the business - typically photocopying, emails, handling post, data entry and filing
- Administration and processing of Purchase invoices
- Organising refreshments for events and meetings booked at the centre
- Assisting the business with any other needs
- Processing and reconciling Petty Cash
