Business Support - Key Duties:
- Ensuring the administration of the in-house database is accurate
- Capturing of customer and candidate details on the in-house operating system
- Photocopying/scanning/filing
- Preparation of candidate packs
- Preparation of marketing materials
- Adhering to compliance procedures and standards
- Reacting to ad hoc tasks and using initiative to respond to different scenarios
- General office administration
- Timesheet processing
- Recruitment Consultant - Key Duties:
- Drafting and posting of job adverts on various job portals/social media
- Receiving and reviewing applications
- Contacting prospective candidates to register
- Assisting with the interview process
- Requesting references for candidates
- Identifying opportunities to place candidates with customer requirements
- Building relationships with candidates and customers
- Liaising with clients/candidates regarding candidate bookings
