Who you’ll be working with

The Focus of Your Role

You will take responsibility for one or more client, establishing and delivering their applications and ensuring they are working as expected. Bringing the relevant teams together, you will work quickly to resolve issues, identifying areas that could be improved and thinking innovatively about how we can continue to delight our clients with even better services and products.

What you’ll do

  • You'll act as the interface between client and technical teams, rotating between roles, high-profile clients and challenges to find your ideal career path.
  • You'll ensure the distinct components of client contracts are being delivered on-time and to the highest standards.
  • You'll ensure client applications are high-quality and cost-effective, gathering feedback and using this to improve the future deliverables of our products and projects.
  • What you’ll bring
  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • Good commercial understanding, with solid financial and business acumen.
  • The resilience to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
  • Note: You will have lived in the UK for the last five years with no more than 6 months out of the country (in order to meet security clearance requirements). You should be flexible in your approach to work and willing to travel to clients.

Some of our roles may require security clearance. To meet security clearance requirements, you will need to have lived in the UK for the past five years. If you have spent more than six months outside the UK in that period, we will unfortunately not be able to consider you for the role.
