Apprentice Receptionist

As an apprentice at Revive Dental Care your duties will include:

• Filling in relevant paperwork


• Answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries


• Calling previous days patients and checking if they are registered with a general dental practice


• End of day cashing up


• Dealing with face-to-face enquiries from patients


• Providing customer service

• Friendly


• Passionate


• Mature attitude

• Previous knowledge of IT systems would be beneficial

Upon completion of the apprenticeship programme you may be offered the opportunity to progress within the company.
