Job Description

Tasks & Responsibilities




  • All aspects of Client liaison, including speakers, sponsors and delegates. Ensuring our clients have the premium event experience, through seamless customer service

  • Assist in preparation, management and reconciliation of event budgets by collecting, checking data and paying invoices

  • Constantly striving for the best costs, and always have negotiation forefront of the mind

  • Liaison with external and internal suppliers such as procurement, venue, A/V and printers

  • Production of event materials along with the Operations Manager

  • Travel to international events to run these onsite as part of the operations team

  • Fulfilment of deliverables associated with the sponsorship packages & deliveries top level client service

  • Understanding the operations role in enhancing the event client experience, bringing ideas to the table in order to deliver and achieve these enhancements

  • Keeping a keen eye on the Health & Safety of our event, making sure venues and exhibitions are following the internal and wider UK and worldwide Health & safety policies

  • Collage information on the event specifications to help build the RFI documents to research for event venues

Skills Required :

  • Confident communications skills

  • Work accurately with consistent attention to details

  • Proficient in word, excel and Power Point

  • Naturally organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time

  • Develop effective relationship with internal and external clients and know the importance of customer focus

  • Commercially aware, knowing the importance of accurate event budgeting

  • Events and Activities Planner

  • Events Co-Ordinator

  • Events Manager
