Job Description
As an apprentice business administrator, your daily duties will include:
- Dealing with inbound calls and enquires
- Responding to e-mails/phone calls
- Greeting visitors
- Liaising with clients where necessary
- Scanning, photocopying, and filing documents
- Assisting with office staff when needed
- Organising meetings
- Sorting and distributing office mail
Personal Qualities :
The chosen candidate will need to be well presented as you will be working within an office environment.
Skills Required :
The chosen candidate will need to be well spoken, motivated, and have a good telephone and organisation manner.
Future Prospects :
