Job Description
You will be working towards your Production Chef apprenticeship standard by working alongside a highly skilled team of chefs and bakers assisting in a range of duties.
Duties include:
- Food preparation including basic knife skills
- Working alongside trained chefs/bakers to gain cooking and baking skills and knowledge
- Making sure the bakery is clean, tidy and free of hazards
- Presenting baked goods in a creative manner in line with menu specifications and company ethos
- Weighing flours and ingredients to specific parameters
- Using fresh locally sourced ingredients
