Job Description
Duties to include:
- To play an active role in serving customers in venues both supporting front of house and back of house teams
- Support the staff, supervisors and managers in maintaining excellent customer service at all times
- Work on the service counters, bars and concessions
- Assist with promoting venues in a positive light, ensuring customers are signposted to other Burnley Leisure venues and to ensure repeat business is achieved
- Gain knowledge of products being served and stock, to make recommendations to customers and promote services
- Ensure venues are kept clean, tidy and looking welcoming at all times
- Prepare and serve food and drink to specific standards ensuring the Food Safety Act is maintained at all times
- Have or will be willing to obtain your Basic Food Hygiene Qualification
- Undertake such other duties as may be assigned from time to time commensurate with the grading and particular skills of the post holder
