This opportunity is to work within the team responsible for providing excellent customer service for their Leading client ‘John Lewis’.
As part of the role you will mainly be responsible for:
- Answering customer enquiries via email
- Multi-skilled to answer the phones during busy times
- Ensuring you provide warm professionalism, expertise and brand values as a part of the customer journey
- The ability to use internal systems
- Working as part of a team
- Provide a quality service through all methods of contact
Sitel provide full in-house training on computer systems, processes and core brand values to ensure you have the skills to bring your customer service experience to life as well as additional training and support from your Seetec Apprenticeship delivery coach.
Personal Qualities :
- An interest/ self-taught knowledge of troubleshoot, or a personal technical interest in resolving issues
- Confidence in learning and using a variety of computer systems at work
Skills Required :
The ideal candidate will have:
- A passion to get into the customer service industry
- The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
- Comfortable in turning tricky customer service experiences around so that customers remain happy and loyal
