Job Description
This role will support the organisation by providing administrative and clerical support. The successful candidate will report to the team leader.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the conveyancing team in their roles which will include
- General filing
- Photocopying
- Scanning
- Answering the telephone (taking messages)
- Opening, sorting and distribution of post
- Typing correspondence
- Input of data
Part of the role will also be to provide support to other departments within the organisation such as accounts, post completion (this will be on a as and when required basis and with the prior approval of their manager).
Personal Qualities :
- Good organisational, communication, and customer service skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn
Skills Required :
- Good typing/keyboards skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including e-mail, Word, etc.
