Job Description
- Successfully complete all modules, project work and case studies of the Infrastructure Technician Apprenticeship Programme.
- Help and learn to setup, configure, secure, maintain and support infrastructure requirements contributing to diagnosing/resolving incidents.
- Work as part of the service management team contributing to any implementations / support activities while actively monitoring system performance to proactively identify issues before they impact business functions
- Provide effective updates and communication by continuously collaborating with Infrastructure SME/Architects, Database Administrators, Production Services Managers and Business users to support smooth delivery and resolution of infrastructure changes/updates.
- Ensure all infrastructure and environments comply with L&G standards and best practices
- Ensure all infrastructure and environments have our customer at their core and align with L&G’s commitment to Treating Customers Fairly
