We are looking for an apprentice to provide administrative and some financial support. You’ll handle telephone, written and email enquiries with a ‘can-do’ proactive enthusiasm.



Duties will include:




  • General clerical tasks (e.g. Data entry, document typing, filing, post and document distribution)

  • Providing an initial point of contact for incoming calls and correspondence (including emails)

  • Reviewing office procedures and recommending changes as necessary

  • Making arrangements for meetings, preparing agendas, collating paperwork and attending meetings for minute taking

  • Greeting visitors and preparing refreshments

  • Diary maintenance

  • Keeping  bought/sales ledger  financial records, including debt collection and processing routine purchases of office supplies

  • Producing business documents

  • Working along sales, helping promote sales to achieve targets and deadlines

  • Always keeping a high level of confidentiality at all times

  •  Having attention to detail



Please note. The wage for this vacancy is up to £346 per week, depending on the successful candidate's ability. The wage is also the gross amount, not taking into consideration how much it will be after tax.



For the right candidate, we may also consider the Level 3 apprenticeship attached to this role.

  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your initiative

  • Good Analytical and problem solving abilities

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Good organisational skills

  • Accurate attention to detail

  • Ability to work and resolve issues independently under pressure to meet strict deadlines

  • Ability to work with a minimum of supervision but alongside a team
