Job Description
Duties to include:
- Handling parts enquiries & sales for retail & trade customers
- Handling parts requirements for internal customers, eg Service Department
- Using electronic parts catalogues & systems
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Checking & receiving parts deliveries
- Assist with keeping customer parts showroom area & warehouse safe & well presented
- Communicating with customers & suppliers, personally, verbally & electronically.
- Assist with annual stocktake
