Job Description

WHAT IS A WELFARE & ADMINISTRATION OFFICER?

As a Welfare and Accommodation officer you'll need to lead, inform and inspire a team of colleagues dedicated to the students’ development and welfare. Alongside our internal team, you’ll be responsible for maximising both student and group leader satisfaction, ensuring that we meet or exceed expectations! You will work closely with the location specific centre manager and Head Office team to ensure the correct implementation of the Welfare and Health & Safety systems. WHAT TRAINING WILL BE AVAILABLE TO ME?

We invite all our managers the opportunity to take part in our Management Training Weekend, where we give you the opportunity to be involved a number of practical and theory based workshops, whilst also taking advantage of listening to advice from both our Head Office teams and our loyal returning staff.

WHAT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS DO I NEED?

To be shortlisted by our summer recruitment team ideally you will have experience in the following departments:
• Safeguarding and Welfare experience with under 18's in the UK
• Experience working with multiple departments and teams
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrate an exceptional level of attention to detail

It is advantageous to hold a valid first aid certificate and/or Safeguarding L1/2 certification for this role
