Job Description
Within this role you will be expected to be responsible for a number of administrative duties which will include;
- Sales
- Collecting and reporting data
- Use of bespoke software
- Engaging with customers internally and externally via telephone conversations while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Ad-hoc tasks
- Processing customer information
- General administration
As the business administration apprentice you will undertake and successfully complete the business administration programme within an agreed timeline.

Personal Qualities :
